The law firm of Galvin, Dominguez, Hindera, & Schwab, LLP represents clients primarily in family law matters using the concept of Strategic Family Law Advocacy.
Robert Galvin, John Hindera, John Scwab, and I are dedicated to the understanding that when people are involved in family law litigation, one side is pitted against another. This occurs whether the persons are parents, spouses, family members, and even children. My partners and I have years of experience in these matters and our firm advocates and protects the rights of persons in family law cases.
Our philosophy is to strategically manage cases in that as lawyers, we strive to come to the best possible solution for the client whether by agreement or by litigation. This can be done only by preparation to put the client in the best possible situation from the beginning of the case to its ultimate end.
